Pune district combines a large food and beverage sector with pharma and chemical estates such as Kurkumbh and Jejuri. Sterial Machinery supplies vibro sifters in Pune from Ahmedabad by road, with quotations covering freight to your plant.
Industrial Belts Around Pune
- Chakan and Talegaon – food processing, FMCG and engineering.
- Bhosari and Pimpri-Chinchwad – engineering and small process units.
- Ranjangaon – food, beverages and FMCG.
- Kurkumbh – chemicals and pharma intermediates.
- Jejuri and Baramati – chemicals, dairy and food.
Food and Dairy
Pune's dairy, bakery and snack manufacturers use food grade vibro sifter machines for flour, sugar, milk powder and premixes. Check screening before packing is common; a single deck sifter with a coarse safety screen is usually enough.
Chemicals and Pharma
Kurkumbh and Jejuri units handling solvents should consider a flameproof vibro sifter. Pharma formulators use pharmaceutical vibro sifter models with SS 316 contact parts.
Choosing a Size
Dairy and premix plants with high throughput may need 48″ or larger. Small bakeries and spice units often manage with 20″–24″. Share your output and we will recommend the size.
