Customization Options
Inline loading with vacuum transfer
Sifted material is transferred by a vacuum conveying system directly to a bin or blender, reducing manual handling and dust. Milling can be combined in the same inline sequence.
Deck configuration
Single, double or triple deck to obtain the number of fractions you need.
Flameproof construction
Flameproof motor and electricals for hazardous areas.
Screen diameter and mesh
Eight diameters from 12″ to 72″ and screens from 4 to 300 mesh.
Outlet arrangement
Outlet positions planned to match your bins, IBCs, bags or downstream equipment.

Do you offer ultrasonic vibro sifters?
Ultrasonic deblinding is not part of Sterial Machinery's published range. For difficult fine powders we will suggest the best option from our range or advise frankly if another machine is more suitable.
