Material of Construction
- All product contact parts and screens in SS 316.
- Lead-free sieves sealed with silicone.
- Smooth internal surfaces without pockets, to reduce product hold-up and make cleaning easier.
- Non-contact parts in stainless steel construction; finish confirmed in the quotation.
cGMP-Oriented Design
The machine is designed with pharmaceutical good manufacturing practice in mind: quick-release clamps, removable screens and covers, easy access for cleaning, and portable construction on castor wheels so it can be moved out of a cubicle for washing.
Manufacturing and Inspection Steps
- Design review – model, mesh, deck count and outlet positions confirmed against the customer's requirement; GA drawing shared.
- Material receipt – stainless steel sheets and parts checked against the specified grade.
- Fabrication and finishing – welding, grinding and polishing of contact surfaces.
- Assembly – vibro motor, springs, screens and clamps assembled; fasteners checked.
- Trial run – the machine is run before dispatch to check vibration, noise and screen sealing.
- Dispatch – packed for road transport with screens and accessories listed.
