An industrial vibro sifter is a larger, higher-capacity version of the standard gyratory sifter, built for continuous screening of chemicals, minerals, detergents, fertilizers and other bulk powders. Sterial Machinery's 36″, 48″, 60″ and 72″ models cover indicative outputs of roughly 100 kg/hour up to 1500 kg/hour, depending on the material. The same machine is often searched for as an industrial sieving machine or an industrial vibrating screen.

Industrial Sieving Machine vs Industrial Vibrating Screen
Buyers use these terms loosely. A circular gyratory vibro sifter like ours is ideal for powders and granules from coarse to fine (4–300 mesh) where a compact, enclosed, easily cleaned machine is needed. Very large rectangular vibrating screens used in quarrying and aggregates are a different class of machine that we do not manufacture. If you are unsure which you need, describe your material and we will advise honestly.
